There is no such thing as XBOX 360 Live. It is just called XBOX Live. You need to go to settings on the game and change it. If you are so young that you sound like a girl, voice masking won't help.

Xbox 360 has not made allowances for voice changing, however, you may find a gadget (which is used for cel-phones) on EBay or an online electronics supplier. (2.5mm input)
The old XBox had a Microsoft Sam type changer but 360 has proided no security choices like this for our kids.
