I dont know how to exactly say it..
it's like a program, for changing your voice and stuff when you record your voice from your microphone.
It can also be turned backwards after. It can be fast forwarded, etc.
Know any sound program thingie like this?

Audacity - http://audacity.sourceforge.net can do that.

You can in fact do that in windows sound recorder.
