you hold it on your throat and talk and it works. highly expensive though.
Get one of those voice changer things.. They make you sound like a robot, alien, normal and some other weird thing lol..
First, become police.
Second, get shot on the job.
Third, they save your life by turning you into ROBOCOP.
Last, just talk freely.
I have this machiene thingy that does that. they sell it in well i don't know, but i got mine at walgreens for the Halloween special.
