Does Radio Shack or some similar place sell any %26quot;gadget%26quot; that I can use to change my voice when I talk on the phone? Can I find something that makes me sound like a man when I talk on the phone?
If yes, how much do these things cost, and are they hard to learn to use?

They're called, simply enough, Voice Changers, and can be bought for around $30. Don't know if Radio Shack has them, but online sites like Amazon does.
There is also a company called SpoofCard (at spoofcard.com) that sells a service which not only allows you to change your voice, but also the name that shows up on Caller ID.
