How to change your voice without technology?

i want to learn how to make my voice sound like a chipmunk without technology or using the computer thanks!!!!! :-)|||inhale helium? it makes your voice squeeky but i%26#039;m not sure if you%26#039;ll sound like a chipmunk and it only works for some people.
