Well, my boyfriends voice did change a bit a couple months ago. I didnt react much, it got a bit deeper and I enjoyed it.

If shes worth anything she shouldn't react at all. She is probably going through changes herself and you both should be understanding. If the changing of your voice bothers you just use it as an opportunity for humor, make a joke out of it. I know easier said than done, but voice changes happens to everyone so its not a big deal. As I said if she makes a fuss about it don't even worry because shes the one with problems. Self- confidence is key here.
