I really dont want the voice changing thing to get in my way of doing what i love...

Yep! Your voice changes as you grow older, in fact a persons voice doesn't truly settle until they are in their mid thirties!
You will still be able to sing all the way through this, and enjoying experiencing a different tone to your voice!

Sure you can.
the sound of your voice will of course alter the sound of your singing, but the change wont prevent you from singing, though adapting maybe slow and difficult, if you really love singing though it wont be a problem.
yup im just 11 and this happend to me and im great !(sorry about the bragging) but the only part that sucks is my voice got lower so now i cant sing mariah anymore !
well, as long as u practice singing once in a while, im sure nothing will change.. well maybe you wont be able to sing higher .... im pretty sure you'll be ok as long as u practice.
