You've got to either get voice training from a speech therapist, or have surgery on your voicebox.
I don't know which one's better, to be honest - But if it helps, the transsexual folks that I know just went with voice training, and it worked really well for them. :) It was also a much cheaper alternative to the surgery. Good luck!
