My friends voice took about 2-3 weeks but another boys voice took 11 months but I think he was just strange.

Probably within or just over a week, mine did.
um... for me it was about a week or two
It depends on the person, not every boys voice change at the same time.
Well when my voice got squeaky it got deep within 2-3 months.
