Is it possible to get some kind of voice changer. That possible changes your voice successfully when on the phone. Like a voice converter from a male ---female voice changer. Let me know if this possible? I am dying to find out if something like this really exist.

Extremely possible and they do commonly exist. They're nothing more than a similar device to a music keyboard synthesizer. Not in common demand, however, which is why you don't normally find them at Wal-Mart or Best Buy. But check a search engine for SPY SHOP and your area to bring up local dealers. Larger cities often have a store dedicated to such things. A device like you're looking for can be expensive, though, depending on how much voice-changing capability you're looking for. Really cheap ones start out around $100 and don't do much for you other than make you sound like you had a tracheotomy.
Keep in mind that, if you use such a device to continually harrass or annoy someone, you'll be subject to telecommunications laws. (Operative word, continually, not just a one-time occurrence)
